Terms of Service

Last updated 3 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Vellum (“the App”), an audit-trail and change-history app for Jira Cloud published by Worqflow. By installing or using the App you agree to them.

1. License

Subject to these terms and your active subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Atlassian sites where it is licensed, through the Atlassian Marketplace.

2. Billing

The App is sold Paid via Atlassian. Pricing, invoicing, taxes, renewals, and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and your agreement with Atlassian. We do not process payments or store payment details.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to circumvent its access controls, reverse-engineer it other than as permitted by law, or use it to violate the rights of others or applicable law.

4. Data

The App runs entirely on Atlassian Forge and stores audit data only in Atlassian-hosted storage; it sends no data to external systems. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for configuring retention and access appropriately for your organization.

5. Availability & scope

The App depends on Atlassian Forge platform services (including product events and Forge storage) and their availability. The App records changes from the time of installation onward, together with on-demand backfill of native field-change history. The App is an operational audit and change-history tool; it is not a certified compliance system and makes no SOC 2, 21 CFR Part 11, or similar certification claims. Site administrators retain the ability to configure retention and prune records.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worqflow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. These terms end on uninstallation, except for provisions that by their nature survive (e.g. disclaimers and limitation of liability).

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
